George A. Tatarinow is the Training Systems Principal for Selection Strategies,
Inc. His career includes twenty years of award-winning teaching and technical
project management experience with professional service subsidiaries of
Ford Aerospace Corporation and Northrop-Grumman, Inc.
George is an expert teacher of thousands of students, from university
undergraduates and corporate managers to career government officials.
He has authored, edited, and designed automated systems training handbooks,
newsletters, and computer-assisted instruction that have won over twenty
corporate publishing awards. He is an accomplished producer/director
of concept marketing videotapes for audiences through the four-star
general officer and Secretary of the Army levels. He designed and fielded
mobile video, audio, voice and data communications collection systems
used throughout the United States for military experimentation and training.
He continues to study organizational leadership and process improvement.
He is a strong advocate of Goldratt's Theory of Constraints and is the
designer of Selection Strategies' courseware and this web site.
Prior to entering private industry, George was a Captain, Military
Intelligence Corps, and served in various staff and leadership roles
as a Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Officer for the US
Army.
He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
