Our focus is on finding, qualifying and evaluating great business
applications software sales and pre-sales people, sales, technical
and project managers, product and process consultants and applications
instructors.
Our clients are primarily apps software vendors, e-commerce infrastructure
companies, telecommunications companies and other information technology
firms.
It's our experience that crossover sales candidates don't usually
serve our clients well. IT sales, with its focus on low volume,
high value sales, long sales cycles, complex multi-tiered product
evaluations and decision making requires a very specific skill set.
Very few non-IT sales superstars make it in IT companies. Please
bear this in mind when presenting candidates.
