Tig Dupre joined Selection Strategies as an Adjunct Staff Member in 1998, and immediately drew acclaim for his Online Interview Question Database. The IQDB is a highly customized DBMS containing hundreds of cross-referenced questions aligned with our proprietary selection methodology. Its' user interface allows novice interviewers to create an almost infinite variety of interview scripts for evaluating sales, pre-sales, management and consulting talent. In addition to his work at SSI, Tig is also employed by Cubic Applications, Inc. as a senior systems analyst. His career includes time with Logicon RDA, Inc., BDM International, and supervision of the US Army's Training & AudioVisual Support Center in Anchorage, Alaska. While on active military duty, he ran the 7th Infantry Division's Sniper School and was a curriculum developer and principal instructor for the Command & Services Staff School.
