Like our clients, our products and services are complex. We can do the best job of serving your needs if we first schedule an initial consultation. Once we've discussed your requirements and if you wish to proceed, we will prepare an engagement proposal outlining our support, schedule and fees. Here are some specifics based on the types of services we offer:

Recruiting
Our recruiting engagements encompass three options: Outsourced, Retained or Partial Contingency. These options cover recruiting requirements that range from high-volume, long-term assignments to discrete projects that may involve a single hire. Depending on your situation and requirements we can tailor a recruiting solution that best addresses your needs. Recruiting engagement fees depend on the nature of the project but are typically based on traditional percentages of salary computations; however, we offer "Performance-based" fee models. Hiring Decision Support
Our Hiring Decision Support Tools (In-SITE and related assessment tools) provide hiring managers with the information and insight about the competencies and makeup of a candidate that contribute to more effective interviewing and better hiring decisions. Fees are based on a per "interview" or "survey" basis. For more details or to order an interview please contact Pam Burton. When ordering an In-SITE, please be ready to provide the following information:

> Candidate's Name
> Candidate's Contact Data (primary phone, alternate phone, email ID)
> Position candidate is being considered for
> Hiring Manager's Name
> Hiring Manager's Contact Data
> When feedback is needed
> Any special areas of concern or focus

Training
We offer training in On-Line and traditional Instructor-Led formats. Our approach to training is to function as more of a "coach" than a typical "talking head" instructor; our programs are designed with follow-up sessions so that topics & techniques introduced in the classroom can be reinforced during day-to-day practical application. Our training programs address Interviewing and Recruiting topics and can be tailored to the specific audience. Fees are typically based on a "per student" computation with minimum attendance requirements. For more details or to request a proposal for training please contact Ross Rich.

Consulting
Our consulting offerings span the full spectrum of recruiting & selection. We consult with our clients to help them build competency models and hiring profiles; assess their current team; design recruiting processes and organizations and a myriad of other recruiting related topics. Our fees are typically "project" based; however, depending on the nature of the engagement a "time & materials" approach may be more appropriate.
