Our Hiring Decision Support Tools (In-SITE and related assessment
tools) provide hiring managers with the information and insight about
the competencies and makeup of a candidate that contribute to more
effective interviewing and better hiring decisions. Fees are based
on a per "interview" or "survey" basis. For more

We offer training in On-Line and traditional Instructor-Led formats.
Our approach to training is to function as more of a "coach"
than a typical "talking head" instructor; our programs are
designed with follow-up sessions so that topics & techniques introduced
in the classroom can be reinforced during day-to-day practical application.
Our training programs address Interviewing and Recruiting topics and
can be tailored to the specific audience. Fees are typically based
on a "per student" computation with minimum attendance requirements.
